Intuit Full Service Payroll has simple and transparent pricing so you know exactly what you are paying.

A flat fee of $99 per month + $2 per employee month

This includes:

• Unlimited Payroll processing per month
• Expert Setup of your Company, Employee, and Direct Deposit data
• Taxes paid and tax forms filed for you
• Quarterly and End of the year Reporting
• New Hire Reporting
• Dedicated ongoing service

If you have employees in multiple states, there is an additional charge per month of $10 per state

Other Payroll Providers:

When researching the price for other payroll providers, be sure to understand the total cost. Ask your provider if the price quoted is per payroll run or monthly. Also ask about additional fees that you may pay for setup, Direct Deposit, W2 printing and processing, new hire reporting, and any other fees.
